This used to be a very good company to work with. Not sure what has happened but their reliability has gone down the tubes. They tell you one thing at purchase and change their mind, pricing, delivery and "policies" after making the sale. Worst of all they take you for fools thinking they can tell you anything and you'll believe it. So as I sit waiting for delivery of a product long overdue I am advising all my friends that I have recommended Marble Concepts to that things have changed, and have told my contractor all future needs I may have for these products will be purchased elsewhere. Whatever management has changed at this company, they need to reconsider.

I used Marble Concepts to put new quartz countertops in my kitchen. Their consultation and customer service was great. Unfortunately, when they installed the countertops there was a small scratch on the corner of the slab on the kitchen island. They tried to fix it but that just made it worse. The installation person told me that the owner's son would call me about it. I was ready to do battle because I just knew he was going to give me a hard time. When he called, he came straight to the point. He said he could either replace it or he would give me a refund, my choice. I told him I wanted it replaced. They took care of it without any hassle. I was very pleased. Its easy to provide good customer service when everything goes right. The true test of service is how a company handles it when things go wrong.

I have been working with Marble Concepts since I opened my kitchen design business five years ago. I can only say good things about them. I had worked with a number of other local stone fabricators, and after years of mediocre, if not outright horrible, service from all of them, I now send all my clients solely to Marble Concepts. They are the only fabricator I will work with. The professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff at Marble Concepts have made my projects run smooth and enjoyable. They will address your project with the highest attention no matter how small. They have always met their schedules, and have gone out of their way to fix and/or correct any issues, if they arose. We have now worked with Marble concepts on a few projects with remarkable success. The last project we did with them involved taking our design that folded quartz material like a paper origami. This is not an easy task to do in stone or quartz, but the outcome was flawless by their craftsmen. These guys are probably the best in the region. I have to admit they aren't the cheapest, but the price was more than fair. But when you see the completed project you would be amazed. Cindy walked us through our options step by step. When you remodel a kitchen there are so many choices, It's easy to get confused. Cindy stepped right in and made the whole project a breeze. I almost wish Cindy had planned our wedding we would have saved ourselves a whole lot of trouble. They advertise themselves as marble and granite company, but in reality, they seem to have a grip on it all. She helped us make cabinet, faucet, and sink choices. We did our tile backsplashes & everything with them and even helped us pick out our appliances to match. The thing I appreciate the most is that we actually came in on budget and they finished within 2 days of when they projected. I have had alot of bad experiences with contractors, but Marble Concepts earned 5 Stars. John and his team are fantastic. I've been working with them for ten years and they've been a wonderful contributor to our award winning projects. They never fail to deliver, old world quality rarely seen today, no matter how aggressive the timeline or how challenging the design. In November of last year they installed the granite countertops and the tile splash in our project that was honored with the international design award. They are the best!
