Marble Masters

Marble Masters installed new granite countertops in our home recently. Mike came out and measured initially, and right away we knew that this was a very professional organization. The countertops arrived ahead of schedule as well. The installers were skilled craftsmen which went above and beyond our expectations. The installation was flawless and we are absolutely pleased with the end product! We would highly recommend Marble Masters to anyone!

I had contacted Marble Master because of the high reviews and was disappointed on their ethics. They had suggested a contractor to do a complete renovation and then they would install the tile and backsplash. The contractor Installed the backsplash instead of Marble Masters men . The backsplash was sloppy and crooked, When I contacted Marble Master they came out , they said since it was his friend, he was in a bind and the contractor would need to redo the tile even though quote was from Marble Masters. I would not hire this company because they did not honor the quote, would not redo the backsplash and left me out to deal with it. Choose a different place!

Working with Marble Master was a delight. They were very knowledgeable and responsive. The quality of the granite which we selected was very impressive and has made a wonderful statement in our bathrooms. Jennifer and the team all were informative and creative. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We would definitely use them again in the future.

It was wonderful working with Marble Masters. They were always helpful and worked with me through every step of the project. Their employees are artists and my granite is beautifully matched, cut and installed. After install there was a small place on the granite to be repaired and their repair crew were amazing as well. Our experience with Marble Masters exceeded all of our expectations! Their service excellence was just outstanding. Ours was a fairly small job and they treated us no differently than they would have someone buiding or renovating an entire home. We live about an hour from their location so when we needed to look at a sample, they even drove half way to meet me. Amazing! And they were always so friendly and accommodating. I have recommended them to everyone I know and would absolutely use them again in the future.

My family and I have used Marble Masters on several different occasions, most recently to do renovations on my mother's new home. I have been to other granite suppliers in the past, and quite honestly found the selection of choices too large and overwhelming and we were left on our own to sort through and make selections. At Marble Masters they have lots of choices, but walk through with you making helpful suggestions based on your needs and they are extremely knowledgeable about the stone choices available. Measurements were taken on our schedule and we received a detailed quote promptly following it. Delivery and installation of the finished product was like everything else in our experience - prompt and professional. They made a rather large renovation project extremely easy for us, and all at good value for the money.
