Mark and Michelle have installed our quartz countertops in kitchen and bathroom and we absolutely love their work. They are the best people to work with and go above and beyond to make sure customer is satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone. Wishing them all the best for all their future projects!!

Never use this company or Mark for work on your home. Sean and I recently had a granite counter top installed. The company came installed the granite countertop but left my walls a mess. We tried repeatedly calling and texting him asking when he was going to come back with no response. Mark has yet to return our texts and phone calls. In the beginning he seemed nice and said that he would knock a hundred dollars off the bill if we paid him cash; which I stupidly did. I guess I know why now. Terrible service never finished the job. This issue is still going on months later. Mark continues to not take responsibility for this issue. Tried to come to a resolution with mass sprig. I reported him to the better business bureau but he never responded to them. Mark would not give me any money for fixing what he ruined. He also stated that he would give me a refund only if he came to take back the granite. Do not use this company! Please share to spread the word as he has company in Biddeford Maine too!

I have used Msa a Granite for several kitchen projects. As a building owner, I trying to get projects done in short notice, Msa has always been reliable. They were able to finish one project in 2 days. Msa Granite provide professional products and services and treat you like family. I recommend them to everyone I know and they have been very happy!

I was extremely happy with the granite and installation of my new kitchen. I have a large center island that is just beautiful. I also bought a new bathroom granite countertop/sink that changes the whole room. I'm always happy to show off my new granite. TYSM

MSA Granite is outstanding. I would rate them 10 stars if you had that option on your site. We had Cambria counters and backsplash tiles installed in our home. They are beautiful. Mark and his staff were very helpful, responsive, professional and very clean. Michelle did an amazing tile job ... the tile lines and cuts were straight, and the design layout was perfect. I will only recommend them to others in the future. I couldn't be happier!

I used Mark and Michelle on my other house that I built 14 years ago, they did a great job, of course I'm going to use them again. Mark and Michelle are exceptional people!! Workmanship, Quality of granite and tile work that Michelle does has so much love and care in it, you think she is working on her own house. They deliver when they promise the work to be done and without any quality compromise. Im estimating what I paid for the job but I know it was very reasonable, and also the work is so good i don't care. I think you only remember what you really paid, when you have a problem with the work that was performed. Thank you Guys!!!
