Beware of Padron Flooring: Deceptive Sales Tactics and Dismissive Management!
My recent experience with Padron Flooring was nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by deceitful sales practices and an utter lack of accountability from the managerial team. Not only did they fail to provide the correct product as promised, but they also prolonged my renovation timeline with their incompetence.
The trouble began when the salesperson at Padron Flooring blatantly lied about the style of floor we had chosen. Despite providing clear specifications and selecting a specific style during the consultation, we were shocked to find that the flooring that was provided was entirely different from what we had agreed upon. When we raised this concern with the salesperson, they had the audacity to deny ever discussing that particular style with us, as if we would simply forget our own choice.
Upon escalating the issue to the manager, we were met with further disappointment. Rather than acknowledging the misrepresentation and offering a reasonable solution, the manager nonchalantly brushed off our concerns and proposed a measly refund of $150 as compensation. This token gesture was insulting, considering the extent of the inconvenience and frustration caused by Padron Flooring's negligence.
To add insult to injury, the resolution offered by the manager only served to exacerbate the situation. Not only we had to return the wrong floors, but the delay caused by Padron Flooring's incompetence resulted in our renovation taking three days longer than anticipated. This not only disrupted our schedule but also incurred additional expenses and inconveniences.
In summary, Padron Flooring's unethical sales tactics and dismissive attitude towards customer concerns make them a company to avoid at all costs. Their lack of integrity and accountability prolonged our renovation process unnecessarily. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Padron Flooring unless you're willing to risk being deceived and disregarded.
Their reply is all lies! Do not believe anything they are saying! Lying, cheating, and manipulative customer service! Horrible, horrible store! I've never looked at any other tile besides the one we pointed at the day we came to the store on March 27th, which Maria is lying about, saying she doesn't remember it ever happening. Also, as per the manager Dani, there are NO cameras in the store! The money he said he refunded to us was never refunded, another one of his lies!

Sue at Padron Flooring was excellent. I really liked how Padron has all of their materials displayed so you can visualize and put materials together. The prices are great and you can get material quickly and there are many choices. Sue will guide you and help with your decision making so your project will move quickly and smoothly. Pardon is definiltey worth the drive from Palm Beach Gardens and we are very happy with all of our selections that have been installed! Thank You!

While remodeling a home can be stressful, my experience at Padron Flooring has been great! I know my floors and bathrooms would not look as good without the guidance I received there. Lisette is amazing to work with. She's very client focused, knowledgeable, and patient. You will find they truly work as a team there. It's a very busy store, for good reason, but whenever I have come in to the showroom there has always been someone willing to help me. Thank goodness my contractor recommended Padron. I almost wish I had another house to remodel so I could work with Lisette some more!!!

From the first moment I walked into this family owned VERY PROFESSIONAL but extremely friendly store, I knew I was I the right place! Their selection is quite extensive BUT ONLY with well designed tiles/floors.
They not only have all of their floor space filed with different choices, so you can see how it will look down, but slide outs of much more tiles and slabs, with every wall covered with same.
I am perhaps more particular being an artist, but I found the most incredible Italian 30x30inch tiles that look exactly like ONYX.
The beauty now that they are laid on my floor is even more spectacular than what I had envisioned!
The owners answered all of my questions even when I asked them over and over since this was a bIg project for me, with utmost patience.
AND THE installers that they recommended were the absolute BEST!
This is THE PLACE TO find your dream floors or walls.

Comment from PADRON FLOORING:
Wow! Everything looks amazing! It was truly a pleasure working with you and we hope to see you again soon!
We had a fabulous experience with Padron, starting with Sue. She was great, helpful and very knowledgeable. The product itself is beautiful. She set us up with ARH (Albert Hernandez) installers. They were amazing and very professional. Everything was done to perfection. They were meticulous and did an impeccable job. We am more than trilled with Padron and the ARH team. From start to finish, this was an A+ experience. We would highly recomnend Padron and ARH Instalkers.

Lisa Albanese at Padron Flooring was beyond belief! Lisa was marvelous! She was never pushy and directed us throughout the whole process with her honest opinion. She ALWAYS had a smile & treated our opinions & thoughts with respect & we had an absolute ball while we were choosing such a tedious project. Lisa turned it into fun!! We ended up purchasing 3 bathrooms. The saddest part is that we are finished & will miss her. Marti & Burt Kleinman

Our experience with Padron recently has been nothing but poor from a business and customer service standpoint. Numerous mistakes were made from the moment we "pre-paid" our tile to secure the remaining inventory in order to ensure that our tile would be available the day of pick-up. Because of our time constraint on install -- I even called our salesperson TWICE prior to pick-up to make sure our tile was there and ready and was told "yes, yes, it's here, you paid for it -it's yours don't worry." Day of pick-up: Contractor shows up- tile is not at warehouse. It was clear that our pre-paid "secured" tile was sold to someone else and our tile order was put on back-order. The excuse used by our Padron salesperson "I don't know what happened, it was a computer glitch." Really??!! Fortunately a new shipment of the tile we picked out was at the port in Miami (btw...we were originally told that a new shipment of the same tile was to arrive by mid to late November (too late) - which is why we secured the remaining inventory). Next day - I was told that my salesperson would call when the new shipment would arrive to warehouse and ready for pick-up. No call. I had to call and was told tile would be in warehouse following day (Day 3). Our Contractor shows up first thing in the morning on Day 3 to pick-up tile, truck is loaded and unloaded (50+ boxes!). As tile is being unboxed - it was the WRONG tile!! And the excuse -" the warehouse made a mistake, we're sorry you can bring it back!" This is 50+ boxes of tile that now has to be re-loaded and unloaded -not to mention the amount of time wasted that further delayed our install. Because of this mistake, I called our salesperson and requested that our tile now be delivered at Padron's expense -"Oh we can't we're booked until late next week."
Right up until we dropped off the remaining "leftover boxes and supplies" - our salesperson said,"We can't take that back right now--our warehouse closed at 4." Being extremely irate and ready to drop these tile boxes on her desk - I realized that there was no sense of "customer service or courtesy" and certainly a lack of care overall. Robert Padron (owner) came out and was kind enough to open the warehouse door where we unloaded 4 leftover tile boxes. BUT --they charged us a re-stocking fee and when I said, "C,mon after all the mistakes and time wasted and delayed, you're charging us a fee?!" Salesperson said, "Well we have to." And...Robert Padron agreed - giving us the excuse "the 4 boxes have to go back to the warehouse inventory so we have to charge you." (it was only $40, but it was matter of principle)!
We left in complete disbelief and with tremendous amount of aggravation and disappointment of how our overall experience with Padron Flooring was handled. For $40 to attempt to make it a little right by us as the customer -- was treated with lack of customer courtesy or care. The reason I'm giving a 2-star rating (instead of a 1-star) is because Alisa, Manager at Padron is the only person that made it right with our Contractor-- providing a reimbursement for an expense that would have ultimately be burdened on us because of Padron's mistakes. In my opinion, she is the only one that seems to know the importance and true value of customer service. However, we will NEVER return or recommend Padron Flooring.
Padron's website quote: "The more you know the more you can create" by Julia Child. Well now you know more, and I hope that Padron can create a better business experience for their customers.

Comment from PADRON FLOORING:
First, I would like to apologize for the mistake that your salesperson made upon placement of your order. There was absolutely no glitch, the salesperson failed to commit the stock, which prevented your order from being prepared. We truly strive for perfection, but many times we fall short. Unfortunately, we fell short when it came to your order.
As for the pickup, at any given moment, we can have 10 contractors at a time loading up in the parking lot. For this reason all of our warehouse people are prepared with picking slips which contain customer name, customer address, customer phone number, order number, name of material and amount being ordered. All contractors are asked to confirm information is correct and sign upon acceptance of material. Your contractor signed for and picked up another customer's order. I am happy to provide this documentation for you but would not like to post it on here since it contains another customers confidential information. While I do feel that a contractor does have a responsibility to check the material, name etc. that he is picking up, we accepted full responsibility and offered to pay him for his time. I am not sure where the, "the warehouse made a mistake, we're sorry you can bring it back!" and the "oh we can't we're booked until late next week" came from since I spoke to your husband myself and did not say either of those things.
Upon your contractor's return, he submitted a bill of $395.00 for his time and we promptly issued a check. I do not feel that this is something that we had to do but in order to try to make things right by you, we did. Again, I am happy to provide documentation of this but do not want to post on here for privacy reasons.
As for the return & restocking fee, if you would please take another look you will see that you were credited for the restocking fee. Your credits were as follows:
11/13/17 5:54 p.m. 42.32
11/13/17 5:58 p.m. 59.04
11/13/17 6:08 p.m. 102.69
Perhaps you neglected to see the 42.32 credit that was issued to you which is more than the 37.78 restocking fee. I do think it is important to note as well that our return policy clearly states we do not take back bagged goods but we did take those back from you.
Yes, we did make a mistake but we did make every effort to make it right by you. Fortunately, our mistakes our few and far between. Unfortunately, it happened to you. I hope that when you look back on your experience here you can also remember the Saturdays you visited the showroom and we tried to be of great service to you. We made every attempt to assist you not only in finding your floor, a European 8"x32", wood look porcelain for 1.99/SF but we also tried to assist in helping you with cabinet suggestions, plumbing suppliers and even restaurant recommendations. We really do care about what we do.
Respectfully,
The team at Padron Flooring

Enjoyed working with Sue for selection. When scheduling and post-install issues became a challenge, Alisa worked it out to our complete satisfaction. Would not hesitate to visit Padron again should the need arise.
