Post Modern Design: General Contracting & Tiling

We were really pleased with Paul and his team. Post Modern tiled our bathroom and hallway in Vancouver. All work, including demolition, was completed in five consecutive days. The teams were always punctual. We only have one bathroom and rely on that hallway as the only exit to our home. We were keen to keep disruption to a minimum. Paul worked with us to allow us to maintain our toilet as long as possible and organized the work so that our only exit would be inaccessible for just a single day. Once the work was complete, Paul offered to pop by to attend to any deficiencies that we might find. Strongly recommend.

Paul is great to work with. He’s friendly,skilled, punctual and very competitively priced. He tiled our kitchen backsplash and floor, our front and back foyers as well as our 2 bathrooms along including replacing the tub and retiling the tub/shower surround. He even put together our IKEA vanities and mirrors as an extra job much faster and better than we ever could. Everything was done so efficiently and Paul and team were very thoughtful in how they went about everything so that we could still live comfortably in our small townhouse during renos . He’s got great taste and a good eye so even though I was doing all the design myself his feedback and advice were invaluable to me. I can be hard to please but I would recommend Paul and his company in a heartbeat .He’s also connected to excellent painters electricians and plumbers should you need them .

I did my research and settled on Paul from Post Modern Design to tile the backsplash in my kitchen. I wish I had hired him earlier, as I had to fire two separate tile installers who had worked on the floor before I had met him. Paul's work is excellent. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered advice where appropriate, and made the job easy. The results of the job are great. I am very happy with his work. On top of superior quality work, he is friendly, polite and cleans up the work job site very well. I found that he really put us first. In fact, when I had another tiling job to do in the bathroom I quickly picked up the phone to call Paul. Again, he did a first rate job. I will gladly call him again the next time I have a tiling job, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

I originally hired Paul to renovate my bathroom. He did an incredible job, so I didn't hesitate to hire him again for my kitchen and fireplace reno.
