Sean Ryan Services re-tiled my kitchen floor and my fireplace surround. The jobs were completed quickly, professionally, and with a pleasant attitude. Sean even repaired the adjacent area for me that had been water damaged. It was not part of the requested work. I have never seen such meticulous tile work before. The slate kitchen floor looks beautiful, as does the stone and glass tiled fireplace.

We needed a backsplash to be removed and replaced and Sean was quick to respond and provide us with a quote. Sean is very diligent and it is reflected in his work, which is perfect. He is very punctual and tidy and the end result is fantastic. Sean is great at keeping you up to date with progress and any issues that he encounters he finds solutions for. We were so impressed we asked Sean if he could remove a cracked marble fireplace hearth & surround - and then tile over. Sean did another brilliant job and recommended a tile that would fit in with our decor. We will be redoing our bathrooms at some point and will definitely be returning to Sean! Thank you Sean!

Sean Ryan Services installed tiling in our renovated bathroom and our entry way and kitchen. The bathroom project included the conversation from a soaking tub to a shower stall with a pebble floor. I appreciated that Sean took the time to consult with us about materials and design and was very accommodating with a few last minute changes. His work was very precise and neat. Our plumber and wood flooring installers commented on how good the tile installation looked. Sean Ryan paid attention to the details including a thorough clean up. Sean did a complete redesign/renovation of our master bath & WOW, Sean far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to him if we were to have any additional renovation needs. Sean repaired a slate floor that had been installed improperly and continually buckled the grout loose. He was the only one to properly diagnose the problem and fix it permanently. He also repaired crumbling front steps and patio. He is an excellent technician. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sean was the miracle that turned our eccentric renovation ideas into reality. Sean is a master craftsman who truly seems impassioned about his work and excited by a challenge. He works quickly, cooperatively with the other crews, and for an extremely reasonable rate. I could not recommend him more highly. We hired Sean when we were we were turning an historic center hall colonial with one ancient bathroom into a 3 bathroom house, each with distinct challenges. We wanted the master bath to have an outdoor spa feeling with a large wet room including a shower and a claw foot tub. We had already been told by one plumber that it couldn't be done. Sean made it happen. He sculpted the floor gradient, installed the pebble floor, and replicated an exterior bulkhead chimney for the shower hardware. In a second bath he did a completely different vintage look with square ceramic tile half walls and an octagonal tile floor with black border. Sean also turned a found piece of black marble into a stunning, polished radiator cap for that room and did a stone radiator cap for the adjacent bedroom. In the 3rd bath, which was also a laundry room, he did a beautiful saltillo tile floor with a borderless shower, using the same saltillo tiles cut to form a drainage grade, -no small feat. A lot of people can set tile. Sean turns tile and stone into art.

Sean managed the renovation of our bathroom in 2014, and did the tile work in the shower, white subway tiles with black grout. We were so happy that we rehired in him the summer of 2016 to lay floor tiles in our kitchen. He is professional, easy to communicate with, and does great work.

Sean cut and installed stacked stone on a fireplace armiture for us. He did a WONDERFUL job. He is an extremely professional and careful worker who pays careful attention to detail and the wishes of his clients. He was reasonably priced and quite thought. I would WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend him to anyone.
