I hired Surfaces USA in Oxnard for kitchen and bath granite and tile. The entire job is a disaster... cracked granite, horrible workmanship, damages to personal property, wrong color tile installed, the list goes on and on. I called repeatedly for someone to come take a look and help. Had to contact Corp... who could not care less. The job has to be ripped out in entirely, per their own expert. I requested my money back plus costs to repair the damages caused by their installers. They refused me, because I would not sign a "gag' agreement. It is now going to be up to court... and it will cost me double to get the repairs to my kitchen and bath. Distressing to say the least. I saved for 17 years to do this and it has been a nightmare... thanks to Surfaces USA.

We are in the middle of our remodel, so I don't yet have photos to post, but I am extremely happy with Surfaces USA. They are both professional and reliable. The quotes we received were reasonable and complete. The work crews show up on time, have been enthusiastic about their work, and clean up completely before leaving. We will definitely hire them and I highly recommend them.

We have been so very impressed with Cherish Fox-Dickenson and Mike Contois at Surfaces, USA. It was the first and only countertop/tile company that we entered and it was the only one that we contracted out to for our kitchen/laundry room countertops, floor tiles, backsplash subway tiles, bathroom floor tiles, shower tiles, and shower floor tiles. Cherish took an extraordinary amount of time to give us her detailed assessment of the type of design that would match our needs. She has such an amazing eye for design. We were so impressed by the outcome of the ultimate design, style, detailed workmanship, and incredible cost savings. We would never have chosen the tasteful and modern design that Cherish had in mind, thinking that we needed to conform to others. The gray subway tiles that she matched and offered were gorgeous and we continue to get compliment after compliment over the high end look of all the pieces together. The amount of time that their crew members took to install the tiles was unbelievably detailed and back-breakingly time consuming, but they believed in creating the best craftsmanship. We implicitly trust Cherish Fox-Dickenson and Mike Contois, the owner of Surfaces, USA, and will hire them again for our other two bathrooms. In fact, we have recommended Surfaces, and our family have hired them for work on their La Mirada home. We cannot recommend them enough.

Great company! I had the travertine floor in my kitchen installed many years ago by a different contractor. I wanted to tile into my dining room and Surfaces was able to match the travertine perfectly. A year later, I wanted to extend the travertine into my living room and once again a perfect match. The tiler did a wonderful job laying and matching the grout width too. Also, they are very neat. Everyday, they cleaned up so I was minimally inconvenienced. I highly recommend this company!

I have specified granite and stone from Surfaces USA in San Diego on Miramar road. They have a newly remodel and expanded showroom that is beautiful! Surfaces is a direct importer and wholesaler, they buy direct from manufacturers and pass that savings on. The Builders I work with love this and it helps to keep our projects on Budget.
