Measurements made by swinging contractor's tape around. No laser templating at all. Made slab, cutout and installation mistakes, did not communicate during the project to solve issues despite numerous requests to please call or text if there is an issue. When asked to correct errors, gets indignant and it's all the owner's fault. Becomes disrespectful and rude when things don't go his way. I paid $1,300 for two countertops and one of them will likely have to be replaced, but I am moving on. If you are looking for a modern, skilled and proactive installer hat can work with you to get results, do not hire this guy.

We hired Master's Touch Stoneworks to install new countertops, farm sink, and faucet in our condo at Beech Mountain. They were easy to work with, professional and the kitchen is now transformed! I would highly recommend them!

Countertop and sink beautiful. Installation another story. If you just need them to drop the slab and hit the road, then these are the people for you. Not professional in any way in finishing the job. They prefer to leave everything to the customer. After mentioning my concerns to their sales office and making full payment, was told Mike, (boss Man) would get right back to me. After 4 days gave up on (boss man), went out and purchase the supplies I needed, and finished the job myself. REALLY!!!!? Be Careful dealing with them!!!!

The Master's Touch Stoneworks was fantastic!! Mike and his co-workers did an amazing job on my counter tops. They took out my old counter tops and placed them and added a new section and it was incredible how they matched the old with the new. They were Great to work with and they do Great work.
