Steve, Jade, Andre and Sean were all so wonderful to work with. Professional all the way. If I need work in the future I’ll be calling. The floor had a sagging area and needed levelling. Andre worked some magic and now the floor looks super and the door fits thanks to Sean. Wonderful

Love this family owned business! The staff helped us find the perfect Vinyl flooring to complete our basement project. The colour, texture and style matched our decor perfectly. It was even better then I envisioned. Eric was fantastic to work with and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the project. In the end we could not be happier with our amazing new floors and our experience with The tile guy. Highly recommend this amazing company, won’t be buying our floor anywhere else.

We had previously done a post on the Tile Guy on May 4 but have retracted it because of the great follow up we had from this company. Less than two hours after our post, Eric (owner of The Tile Guy) phoned us and he was concerned about the communication problem we had with his company. You could tell that he cared about us being a potential customer and that he wanted to make "things right". What a great attitude! A very short time later, one of his employees, Russ called and asked if he could come over to our home (same day) and discuss our tile job. He was also very apologetic (and polite) and so we agreed. Later that day when he arrived, we found that he had a great attitude towards his customers, loved his job and commented several times on what a great boss he had. You felt comfortable with him, he gave us some great ideas and we felt that he was definitely someone you could trust. During our 40 years of being in business for ourselves, we would classify him as a "keeper". What an employee. Anyways we agreed to have him do the backsplash tile work and as promised he arrived Monday morning and did a great job. Tuesday Drake, another employee came and did the grouting. He also was very polite - took his time and did an excellent finishing to this job. The little issue we had at the beginning with this company is more than overlooked by us - they now have us as a future customer and reference. Their price was more than fair and even though we have not met Eric, he must be a good boss as both of his employees spoke highly about him. It is clear by all the five stars that this company receives on their reviews that they care about their customers and do excellent work.

The Tile Guy put in a backsplash in my kitchen and laundry room. They did a great job, all the people we came into contact with were very personable, efficient and very helpful. We wanted the job done before Thanksgiving and with less than two weeks notice they got it done., and did it right! Thanks Crystal, for everything!

The Tile Guy did the installation of nearly 4000 sq ft of floor tile, three showers, a fireplace, our staircase and our front steps. We are very happy with the design help and workmanship on all of our tile and stone installations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tile installation.

We recently upgraded our kitchen and had the backsplash done by The Tile Guy. Our experience started with a very helpful and personable office manager. The crew, who also did the removal of all the old tile, were very professional and hard working, gave advice when we asked for it and did a great job of cleaning up each day after they were finished. We would highly recommend The Tile Guy to anybody.

The Tile Guy did a bathroom reno for us and it turned out great! It is the best room in our house. The guys were very friendly and respectful. If you need tile work done use these guys.
