Excellent products and even better design services! I cannot give Jennifer, Krista and everyone at tile sensations enough stars for their help with my new favorite room-my bathroom. You won’t find anyone like Tile Sensations, if you’re considering a renovation.

I went in Tile Sensations to look for tile for our current remodel project of our kitchen and new butler’s pantry. I’ve never seen so much beautiful tile in one place before! The selection of color, style, material… unmatched. Deborah and also Jennifer (owner) helped me… and they both were so full of knowledge. I highly recommend Tile Sensations for all tile needs!!!! I worked with Tile Sensations on a kitchen remodel a few years back, and more recently on a bathroom. When I needed more tile than I originally thought necessary in a big hurry, Katie pulled out all the stops to get it to Knoxville overnight, and for a fraction of the cost the vendor wanted to charge to ship. I was so impressed and so relieved. And working with the ladies of TS is just, in a word, fun! Deb and Jennifer, Katie, and the guys in the warehouse are all charming and friendly people and you can tell it's a great place to work. Unlike many companies now, Tile Sensations still gives customers that personal touch. You feel like they really want your project to be a success and for you to enjoy it.

Debra and her team were so helpful throughout our build process when it comes to tile. They recommended an installer, answered the phone countless times to answer questions and offer recommendations and were instrumental in all the tile selections. Tile Sensations has a great selection and made the process feel much easier.

This was our second time using Tile Sensations. We had such an excellent experience the first time a few years ago that we knew immediately where to go when we found out our master shower had to be redone. We got to work with Deborah both times. She is genuinely nice and knows the product. Bonus! There is a little kid corner spot to keep all those 4- and 5-year-olds occupied. Yes please!

We visited this amazing shop in February and returned with architectural plans this past week (September). Helpful staff (thanks Anna and Debra) who have creative recommendations. Plentiful and unusual inventory to help make a project sparkle with fun. All in all, a terrific experience no matter when you go or how long in between visits. :) Highly highly recommend if you're anywhere near Knoxville, TN

I was lucky to find an amazing tile shop through an internet search here in Knoxville. Debra was my designer and from the beginning she was able to understand my vision for my primary bath and pulled together the most beautiful coordinating tiles. She was very knowledgeable and professional and helped make the whole process enjoyable. She also helped pick a wallpaper for my powder bath and a tile backsplash for a bourbon bar. Her customer service was excellent when we ran into an issue with a shortage of tile (our mistake). I would definitely recommend Tile Sensations for their vast inventory of unusual tile that you would not find in a big box store.

I had completed my kitchen except for backsplash. I had spent months looking for the right tile for my backsplash. I was confused and frustrated and just stopped looking for a year. Then I reached out to Tile Sensations. The spent time with me and found me some great tile choices. They took into account my cabinet color and countertop Once I narrowed down to three choices the put those into a software simulation of my kitchen so I could better vision what the tile would look like. I wasnt sure if i shoud go all the way up the wall to the ceiling in parts of my kitchen. This tool made the choice easier. They were always responsive and helpful So glad I could rely on their expertise and direction

A professional, creative team that works well together. Customer service is their focus. Their specialty is understanding what their client wants and finding creative solutions. Reasonably priced. I wish I hadn't finished my remodeling, then I could keep working with them!

We love using tile in special rooms of our house, but find making choices daunting. Several years ago while trying to create a one-of-a-kind bathroom, we walked into Tile Sensations and met Jennifer. She listened to us, guided us, helped us find an installer and answered questions all along the way with stunning effects. So naturally, a few weeks ago, when we were in a bind to find tile for our kitchen in the house we had just moved into, we reached out to Jennifer and made an appointment. The tile needed to blend in with colors from cabinets, backsplash, and cabinet tops, plus the installer had only a couple of days available. Jennifer patiently listened and laid out all the sample materials to match colors and find exactly the right tile and expedite its delivery. Needless to say, the job is done and just what we wanted. In our mind, when tile is a question, Jennifer at Tile Sensations is the answer.

Working with Jennifer and Deb was a real pleasure. We had a 30 year old bathroom that needed a complete overhaul. We had no idea what to do but the ladies at Tile Sensations came up with a beautiful design, and assisted us with choosing the right tile and marble. They recommended several installers for us to choose from. After a lot of work we now have a stunning updated bathroom. We would highly recommend Tile Sensations
