Exceptional service and workmanship at competitive prices. Bob's rapid turnaround allowed us to finish our kitchen a week earlier than expected. The install team took a lot of care and attention to detail with our beautifully finished quartz counter, island waterfall, and backsplash to make sure everything came together perfectly. When we noticed a small adjustment needed to be made to the cooktop cutout, Bob answered the phone immediately and an installer came the next morning to do it. They even finished the cutout piece for us so we can use it for a DIY project. It was stress-free working with this family-run business because everyone on their team treats your project as if it was their own house.

Thank you Toronto Granite for an AMAZING experience! I can't say enough how pleased we are with your service. Everything took a total of three consecutive days - Day 1: we went to the warehouse, and Bob helped us choose a stone; Day 2: Mirko came and measured. Day 3: Two of their installers came and installed our kitchen counter in less than 20 minutes! You guys rock!

Another firm installed my granite counter in the kitchen. The sink came away from the granite and dropped. The original installer would not return my calls. I called Toronto granite and they came within a day or two and fixed it. A year or so later the same thing happened. I called Toronto Granite back. They came the next day, fixed it and did not charge me. The rep that came also told me to call back if we had any further problems. Their customer service was so good I will definitely call Toronto Granite the next time I'm in the market for granite. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
