I ordered a custom concrete table with steel legs for my backyard. My designer and I searched and searched for a custom high top table that met our requirements of concrete, high quality, outdoor use, and ascetically attractive with a modern look. Trueform Concrete delivered on all of fronts! Easy to work with and provided drawings to ensure exact measurements were correct, worked with me to deliver on time and quickly for a party I was having and the table is gorgeous, well made, and holding up well!

Summary: When you work with a contractor for your home you should always wish for one like this: responds promptly to emails and telephone calls, extensive experience with their product, they "sweat" the details along with you, on time delivery, great installers and a great end result. Does it sound like I'm happy...you betcha! I needed to update the fireplace surround on my fireplace insert. Wanted the urban concrete look. I searched the internet for suppliers. Of the 4-5 suppliers of this type of product, Trueform was the only one that could accommodate my needs. A visit to their showroom and manufacturing facility sealed the deal and gave me other design ideas for my home.

Working with Trueform on our recent kitchen remodel was the highlight of our project. We replaced our tired Corian countertops with beautiful new concrete tops that helped create the rustic feel we were hoping to achieve. From start to finish, Trueform's primary goal was to ensure that we were happy with with our experience and the end product. For a rebuilding of two bathrooms, our architect suggested I visit Trueform Concrete to look at their products. I was won over. The bathroom countertops with integral sinks were just what we were looking for. The available colors much lovelier than in any photograph can show. I was given a personal tour of their operation and the method of making and installing the countertops was thoroughly explained. At each stage, visits for measurements and installation were arranged ahead and took place on time. Everyone I dealt with at the company has been both friendly and professional. Most recently, I contacted their customer service regarding their recommendations for cleaning the concrete sinks and received a prompt, friendly and very helpful reply. (They are easy to keep clean! I just had a question about certain cleaning products which were mentioned in their instruction sheet for product care. That product is no longer mentioned.) I enthusiastically recommend Trueform Concrete.

i couldn't have been happier with my experience with trueform - for very beginning, to very end. they were incredibly responsive all the way through, and really worked with me to achieve some specific goals. the large table top that we had them make for our design studio turned out exactly as envisioned. and the delivery/install was a dream (no easy task, with a 300+ pound table and 3 flights of stairs) - they guys really went above and beyond. big thumbs up for trueform.

Client loves the product. Truform was good in communicating and verifying order for accuracy. While it took some time to get the product after order, the website was accurate in telling me when to expect the product and truform notified me a few days prior to shipping so that I knew and could plan for accepting and installing product. Easy and smooth installation as well. Quality was very nice. Will use Truform again if opportunity arises!!

We purchased the ZEN square concrete table for a new home last year online. All the personnel and service people were interested and knowledgable in our order so that we would be satisfied with our purchase. Delivery has to be well coordinated but worth the extra efforts. We absolutely LOVE our table and it firs perfectly in our mix of contemporary and traditional style home .

I knew I wanted a concrete dining table & my husband actually found your company while doing some research for me! I made the trip to the showroom & designed the table with the materials & colors available to me on site. The table was delivered on time & on budget. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the delivery persons..........they took the time to make sure the table was level (the dining room floor is hand laid bluestone) & centered perfectly. I was also supplied with comprehensive care instructions.
