We needed a service call for a cabinet that was installed. They came quickly and fixed the problem with no hassle.

We got a custom buffet table/cabinetry, an armoire, my 1 year old's closet and prayer room cabinetry done by Closet Possible and, I do not have the slightest of hesitation to say that Closet Possible exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I give Closet Possible my highest recommendation and strongly encourage anyone who is considering a closet or organizational project to consult with the owner, Barry, and his team. Before the pandemic, we contracted with Closet Possible for his and hers master bedroom closets. The design process was a collaborative effort and Barry, the owner of the business, met with us several times and visited our home, to determine our closet needs. Barry's expertise and advice were invaluable. For example, Barry steered us away from a more expensive option because he did not think we would use it - he was right and he earned our trust. Our trust in Barry was not misplaced and we followed all of his recommendations, which proved to be spot on. After agreeing on a design and pricing, the pandemic hit and the production and installation of the closets were delayed. Barry stayed in-touch with us during this time and assured us that his team would be ready to go as soon as the materials were produced and the installation could be done safely and lawfully. As soon as the materials were produced and it was safe and lawful to start the installation, Closet Possible got to work. The installations occurred over 3.5 days and the Closet Possible technicians were safe, clean, professional, friendly and highly skilled. Barry came to the job site frequently to check on the work and ensure that we were happy. During the installation, there were a couple of hiccups with the materials, which was not the fault of Closet Possible. Nevertheless, Barry made sure that these issues were addressed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Closet Possible stands by its materials and its work. Equally important, Barry is a man of his word and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy throughout the process. The final results were stunning - two well-built, highly functional and beautiful closets. I had a great experience working with Barry at Closet Possible. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me better figure out how to plan our space. He was flexible in dealing with our changing needs and everything was completed on schedule. Installation was simple and every thing was cleaned up when finished. We love the final product . We have used Barry and Closet Possible for multiple projects over the years (refresh hallway and bedroom closets/Mud Room) and have always been very pleased with his team and the work done. Most recently we decided to build a wonderful master BR walk in closet as well as a accessories closet in what was our sitting room. Barry was great as always and Sean his builder did a super job.
