They won't tell you until after everything is installed that there will be chips from cutting the boards and they use a wax touch up stick to cover-up all the chips. There are some spots that were touched up from damage not from cutting. The shelves are not fully adjustable because the shelves towards the top of the closet will be a different width than the bottom (because your walls aren't straight enough, or the top shelf and bottom shelf that make the frame werent cut precisely enough). Some of the closets were taken down and put back up because they were hung at different heights from the floor. One of the closets was changed after the design consult appointment without letting us know. At the time of purchase we were told we would be getting 12 month financing but later the owner said everything needed to be paid upon install.

We love our new custom master closet! It looks amazing and gives us more usable space! They did a great job from the initial appointment to install. I highly recommend this company and looking forward to having our other closets and pantry done in the future.

We have had several great experiences with Creative Closets. We are very please with all the bedroom closets and the pantry that was just completed last week. The team is very knowledgeable, creative, offers great suggestions and great prices. They show up when they say they will, all supplies are neatly packed and ready to go! The crew is very kind, friendly and fun to work with. They even leave your closet cleaner than when they arrived! The installs go quick but are NEVER rushed so there are no mistakes. After talking with several closet companies we decided to try them for our master closet and then had them do our kids closets and the pantry. All the areas are fabulous!

Fantastic Closets for a great price. If you are looking for something similar to California Closets, but are appalled at the price contact Creative Closets. The quality is good, design is great, and the price was significantly better than other competitors.

Tim is an outstanding professional, his consultative approach was very much appreciated. He made an in home visit, asked for our requirements, drew up a model for us to review and was willing to adjust accordingly. This made our decision process extremely easy.
