Smart Closets is a terrific company. They offer a quality product and outstanding service. Zach and Chad own and operate the business with obvious pride in what they do and the attention to detail of people who know what they’re doing. Their pricing is fair and straightforward with no gimmicks. We gave them a shot and couldn’t be happier with the result. Zach helped us design our closet, pantry, and storage solutions with great ideas and recommendations, enabling us to make the ultimate decisions. There was the perfect balance of helping us consider options we hadn’t thought of within the space we had, but letting us make the choices that were right for our lifestyle. Zach also provided outstanding service. Our installation took a little longer than originally expected, due to some issues with the vendor. Zach did a great job explaining what was causing the delay (received materials from their vendor that were cut to the wrong spec), what he was going to do about it (rush order new materials, install 80% of the project on the original timing and come back a week later to complete the project), was clear on timing, and followed through as promised. I would definitely recommend Smart Closets for your closet solution and kitchen organization. They were very professional from the start to the end and delivered a high quality product. I love my closet organizers and the pull outs in my kitchen cabinets are awesome. No more bending down on the ground to see what I have in the back of my cabinet. I can just pull out the drawer. Zach and his team were great to work with. I would hire them again in a second.

We cannot say enough about our end to end experience with this company! We live on a boat, and as such our space is very limited. We had prototyped a solution when we contacted Zach to come out to consult - so he was able to measure and estimate very quickly - and he had a mock up of the design the very next morning. Please know - the requirements we had because of the boat were ridiculous, and he just absorbed them all and SHAZAM - produced exactly what we wanted! Not only that - Zach recommended some style adds, design features we hadn't thought of, and added in amazing craftsmanship to create us a one of a kind "reach in closet" All this with ONE VISIT - not endless back and forth - ONE VISIT. Our time is valuable and we appreciated how quickly and clearly our needs were understood, and the installation perfect. We have not lived with the closet for a couple of months - and we are still impressed daily by how elegant it looks. Functionality, durability and quality are without compare - and we find ourselves with almost too much drawer space! We heartily recommend this company and will use them again!
