We are extremely satisfied with both the final product -- a wall bed and armoire combination -- and the service we received. From our first meeting with Jennifer to watching the installers do their work, both Chris and I were impressed and excited. The only thing we might have wished for was a clearer idea of timeline (i.e., when installation would be once we placed a downpayment). But that was a function of both our ignorance and Jennifer's non-pushy style!

It is always hard to visualize how something will look with just a schematic, but Smart Spaces makes it very easy with plenty of examples in their showroom, various product samples, and detailed planning with visuals in our specific space. The whole process was painless, and the end result was awesome.

We had a great experience buying our Murphy Bed at Smart Spaces. Jennifer was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. It took us multiple visits and lots of emails to finalize our choices. She was helpful and patient each step of the way. In addition, the installation was quick and painless and clean. The bed is exactly what it was supposed to be. Love Smart Spaces! We will be back for future projects!

Jennifer helped design a murphy bed unit and a long row of built-ins for a remodel. It was truly one of the easiest pieces to accomplish because she totally got what I was trying to do. Everything went flawlessly from design to install.

We live in western Nebraska and seen Smart Spaces work in another's home and were very excited to put the products in ours. Our design was an office/guest room suite We were concerned with the distance in managing the design, planning and installation but our design consultant Jennifer was amazing in working with us. We submitted our dimensions and needs and Jennifer came back with a design options and some suggestions. I did go visit the store to see some of my various options in materials (wood, glass, countertop and handles). Everyone in the store was very professional and helpful. Jennifer took the time to answer all my questions and help me with the final design and estimate. The crew showed up to my house for installation on time. The final product was installed beautifully and neatly. I would highly recommend this company and product for your home. The number of compliments I have received is amazing.
