I would not recommend this merchant. I ordered my door at the end of August 2013, the door was going to take 3 months to be ready. At the beginning of December they told me that the door had not been made according to the city code. They had to do a new door. This time they promised in writing that the door was going to be ready in the middle of January. I did not get my door until the end of February. They sent the wrong pulls so they had to reorder the pulls and after 3 months I still don't have the pulls. I complained so many times, writing emails, calling, sending texts... In some instances, it has taking 3 weeks to get a call back. The last communication I had from them was at 11 AM on May 22 saying that they had mailed the pulls (from Miami to Boca Raton) but as of today, the 28, I have not yet received them. It has definitely been the worst experience that I had with my house remodel.
