The work was scheduled for several months later and, even though inflation had driven prices up by the time the work began, he kept to the original quote. His crew was polite, hard-working, and did everything as stated in the quote and then did some additional repointing they noticed was needed without charging extra. They cleaned up the area, removing all work debris, at the end of each day. Eric and the crew answered any questions we asked before the work started and during the work as additional questions came up. They beautifully matched the mortar and brick with the part of the chimney that did not need work. This was a relatively small job compared to some, and they treated this job as just as important to them as a much bigger job. Our neighbors have also complemented the work.
