Lowes had just delivered and installed a brand new dryer at my home and it didn't work. My old dryer worked earlier that day. Lowes installation crew told me I needed an electrician or return the dryer and be left without one. I tried shutting the power off to my home, turned it back on and tried to reset the breaker to the dryer. It wouldn't reset. I must've called 20 different electricians and NO ONE could come out for at least a week. One electrician in Woodinville was willing to come out for $295/hr + tax to "look into" my issue AND still wasn't willing or able to come out to Gold Bar. I called Dickson Electric and Kurt advised me that the Lowes delivery and installation techs did something wrong. He walked me through the process, over the phone on how to reset my circuit breaker and get my new dryer going...and didn't charge me a thing! WOW!!!!! It's so amazing that there are genuinely honest people doing business! Dickson Electric is honest and forthright and I recommend them to all I know.
