DO NOT USE ECOVOLT!!! I used them spent $10,000.00, he gave me 2 years of maintenance, which equated to 2 oil and filter changes. They came out the first time after 3 months of phone calls to get them to come and do it and threatening to give a bad review. they finally came. I have camera’s aroound my house the first time he didn’t even change the oil but said he did. When i checked my camera’s and i called him out on it he came and actually changed the oil. Then he overfilled the oil by 2 full quarts so when the generator came on a week later for the weekly 10 minute exercise it was smoking so bad my neighborhood was full of smoke. He wouldn’t come and fix it so I called another company Cantwell Electric. They fixed it and gave me a bill for $195.00 to fix it with the diagnostic on the bill. I called Dale Calhoun/ Owner never answered so I emailed him and sent the bill he said he would pay it NEVER PAID IT!!! Dale Calhoun is a joke don’t believe what he says he will out right lie. I’m permenantly disabled and small business owner myself, I don’t know about you but anyone can sell a product but service after means everytthhing to me especially a promiise in writing!!! He completely lied about the service after the sale!! When I say he I mean Owner / Dale Calhoun.
