Absolutely the worst experience by so called professionals. First trip out they spent 3.5 hours walking around unable to figure out what was wrong with 2 outlets. Then they scheduled a second appointment at 8am this morning. They never showed up or called until 930. At which point she stated her crew would not be here until after lunch. I told her that was unacceptable and she hung up on me. How unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to do anything.

The first three jobs Electric By The Code did for my husband and I we had zero complaints. They were responsive and professional. The last job was due to Hurricane Ian. We then went to hire them again in January to install a whole house generator. We were quoted a ballpark price which we accepted. In February 2023 I was told by the owner Harold the job would be done within 2 weeks and our generator was in his warehouse. Still no call on that job. I’ve since called them yet again on May 9th for an emergency and still no return call. DO NOT bother even calling these unprofessional contractors. My husband has since passed away and now I can’t afford a whole house generator. So I’m screwed with hurricane season coming up.
