Frank Chiavarini, the founder and proprietor of Interstate Electrical Contractors, is a life-long electrician, literally. Even in high school, Frank would spend his afternoons and weekends tagging along with his electrical contractor neighbor – learning, asking questions, starting to learn his craft. Then, in 1981 he was awarded his California electrical contractors license. Like they say, the rest is history. What has kept Interstate Electrical Contractors going for all these years is Frank's firm belief customers should be treated the way he would want to be treated.
