I had a power supply issue to my hottub and required an electrician to investigate. I hired JC Electrical Services to check it out. I was informed of the approximate time at booking with a 4 hour window and they indicated they would call to narrow the expected time of arrival which they did. Joe called about 20 minutes before arriving indicating he was on his way. Joe and Ryan showed up and worked my issue. They resolved the power supply issue by replacing a failed breaker. Joe and Ryan were very thorough. They kept me informed of the progress and clearly explained the issues encountered and documented with a picture that power is now available to my hot tub.. I will most certainly contact them for any future electrical issues I may have. Thanks Joe and Ryan for a job well done!

I hired JC Electrical services to install a whole house surge protector in my home. The guy from JC Electrical showed up when he said he would (he actually called about 30 minutes out to let me know he was on his way) and he installed the surge protector. I had had one on my old house, but we had recently moved and I wanted to be sure to get one on as quickly as I could cause you never know when the next lightning storm is coming! While he was here he also took a look at the electrical panel and noticed that some wires were a little loose (yikes!). He fixed that and ran through a quick safety check and didn't charge any extra for that which I really appreciated. I'll be calling them back when I need electrical services in the future - I liked that he was a no pressure - straight talking person and it was a bonus that he is a Master Electrician - I feel better knowing that he's had all the training and more needed - lol
