When Dominion restored power, a few circuits needed to be reconfigured which is completely standard on commercial builds. Within a couple of hours, everything that was supposed to be energized was energized. That’s fast work for any commercial crew, and anyone experienced in construction knows nothing ever comes on “all at once” the moment the utility flips the switch.

The real issue came from the spray-foam application. Commercial buildings typically get a few inches of coverage. Your installer applied heavy, deep layers that buried every junction box, exit sign rough-in, and emergency light location. That alone created several hours of additional uncovering and troubleshooting — which is exactly why the change order was created.

Everything remained professional until it came time to address that added labor. That’s when the disrespect toward our technicians started, and that’s when the online hostility and negative reviews began. We’ve seen the coordinated reviews from you and your circle, and we’re documenting all of it. Posting negativity doesn’t erase the billing owed for the extra time required because of how the spray foam was applied.
