LED pot lights I wish every contractor worked like Quality Pot Lights, life would be easy. Quick quote, scheduled quickly, clear pricing, customer assistance. Installers were polite, friendly, easy to work with, and completed the work in 2hrs and didn't leave a speck of dust. No evidence they were ever here except for 7 new lights. Top marks to this company and staff.

Don't be fooled by the name. Quality Potlight Inc. is a first class electrical installation company. I've used and recommended them to friends in the past for items other than pot lights. No surprises - prompt, courteous and high quality work from the booking process right through to the end of the job. This specific job involved 17 pots and 4 switches for ceiling fan isolation in two-bedrooms and a closet.

I recently used Quality Potlight for the second time to install pot lights in the dining room and to replace a few light switches. The initial contact with Dana was pleasant with quick response times. The work was booked within two weeks of the original quote. I was pleasantly surprised when the work was moved up by a week, a most impressive response time. Ali and his crew recommended the placement of the pot lights as the original ceiling fixture was not centered on the ceiling. I have just had Quality Potlight install soffit lighting, interior potlights, and a light fixture in my livingroom. This is the second time I've had them do work for me. Just like last time, I found them to once again be extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were once again very customer-oriented throughout the planning process, providing advise on things I might want to consider, but also advising against some things I had asked for but didn't really need. Dana was very accommodating (and patient...Thank you Dana) as I made my final decisions about what was to be done. On the day of the appointment, it was extremely foggy, and I was concerned they may not be able to come and my appointment might be delayed. However, the entire crew showed up on time, ready to go. After a quick walk around with Ali, to make sure we were both on the same page, they set to work. It was a full day job, but they completed everything as requested, and left zero mess (just like last time). Last task of the day was for Ali to do a walk-around with me and to show me how everything worked (including the initial setup of apps on my phone to control my new toys...er, I mean, lights). I love the Philips Hue lights installed in the front. I now have lots of options as holidays come around. No muss, no fuss. I just go to my app, and choose from the millions of colour options for each bulb. Thank you Quality Potlight, and particularly Dana, Ali, and the crew, for another great job. I know I made the right decision, again. I definitely recommend Quality Potlight for anyone looking for a lighting contractor. You will not be disappointed.

We’ve hired Quality Pot Light to do a couple of jobs for us. The first time around they installed a number of lighting fixtures in our Condo loft, and we were so pleased with the work we hired them again for another job. The second job was a little more involved; we need an air conditioning conduit wire that was originally installed on the wall by another contractor. We needed the conduit buried in the wall/ceiling, so it would no longer be visible. The original contractor who installed it said that wasn’t possible at the time. Quality Pot Light not only said it was possible, but they did an outstanding job doing it. They did it with a minimal number of holes in the drywall, and the final result was precisely what we wanted. They are friendly, do exactly what they say they will do and for the price agreed upon. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I can’t say enough about Quality Potlight. We recently moved to a new house and did not think twice on who we wanted to install our soffit lighting. We had Moe and his team install soffit lighting at our previous home and once again they did not disappoint 7 years later. I worked closely with Moe and Dana to design and book installation. With various issues with my overall project, I had to delay the lighting many times and I am very grateful for their patience and accommodating the many schedule changes I had to make. The pot lights that they installed in our kitchen, living room and in front of our house are perfectly placed and dramatically improved the look of our home. They always go above and beyond by making pertinent suggestions as to what our options are regarding different types of pot lights and dimmers, where to install them, and they schedule the job in a timely manner. They follow up with courtesy calls and are polite and professional. They are also respectful of our home and have never left a scratch. We have been impressed by their level of workmanship each time. They also helped us install an app on our phones that allows us to remotely control our exterior pot lights. Quality Potlight has also installed numerous light fixtures, electrical outlets and most recently installed an electrical line and switch for our kitchen fan. I was given a two week timeline by my insurance company to have our electrical inspected and certified. Although they were busy, But Quality Potlight accommodated me and were here within 1 working day to complete the work. I'm very pleased with the result!! I'm so happy that they were able to do everything I requested with very little damage to the drywall...and no damage to the ceiling. And the minor holes they had to do in the drywall for a trickier situation.....they patched....which I wasn't expecting but so happy they did. Painting....i can handle. I don't know much about fixing holes in the drywall, so all good there. I'm very pleased with the 26 lighting fixtures and the dimmers. The lighting looks amazing! It's a great "add" to the home. The guys were very professional, polite, and considerate. Greatly appreciated! I like that they offered a suggestion or two, and that they asked questions if anything was unclear. They also took the time to answer a few questions that I had. Also greatly appreciated. I love that you guys can do this kind of work with so little drywall damage. And all in one day no less! Who doesn't love "instant"!

It’s simple, when you want it done right, contact Quality Potlight! (647-640-7589)(647-680-7589) On time, Courteous, Professional Work, Reasonable prices! Angelo and Leslie took charge from the moment they arrived. The 8 Ceiling lights in our Kitchen were replaced with LED lights, we had Halogens, “HOT LIKE THE SUN”! They also replaced the 9 Puck lights under our Kitchen Cupboards and the 2 Puck lights in our Dining Room with LED lights, again we had Halogen. They ran into a few problems with the install, as I’m sure they often do, having to deal with other peoples work which, in our case, was done 10 to 15 years ago. They overcame the problems using their knowledge of what should be done and how to do it. It was a long day, longer then they expected, but in the end they were pleased with how it turned out. Terrific Clean up, they treated our Home as if it was their own. All in all, Great work, we are entirely pleased we chose Quality Potlights. Donna & Ted Williamson

I highly recommend Quality Potlight. Michael and his crew, Ash and Eduardo, were very efficient and polite, and cleaned up afterwards. We had track lighting removed and 10 new gimbaled potlights installed, a large pendant light installed, and dimmers for all. Quality Potlights, is a high standard company, top quality electricians, our company only stands by using Moe, Mike, and there crew.. whether its to install potlighting for our clients, or working with our crew and trades for a basement renovation, there is no doubt in our mind who to call, on time on schedule within estimated budget .. unless we find like we had on one project the wiring was way outdated and we had to rewire the place, other then those un expected surprises neither of us can tell prior to they do not give surprises and they work well with our team , and they sit down and hack things out with me to figure out whats next if either of us have any questions.. we found them about 2 years ago now and have not turned back anything electrical they are the only ones we call now...
