Pleasantly surprised. I contacted a few electrical contractors in order to attain a quote for a panel upgrade and the installation of six circuits to the home. Most of the contractors quoted me at 3500 for the panel upgrade and 3000 for the circuits since I didn’t have a crawl space or attic. They also told me I would have a few drywall patches to repair which were not included in the price. Juan arrived and performed a thorough inspection of the home and developed a plan along with a quote that came in at 3000 for the panel upgrade and 2300 for the circuits. Juan also showed me a tool that reduced the amount of holes made. For another 400 bucks he added the drywall repairs.
