Dear Mr. Withers. We are sorry you feel like you have been mistreated by our firm. However, we have done everything within our grasp to reach a reasonable resolution with you and were denied.

With this project you paid for with progress payments, we have cashed your checks like any contractor would do, once we started the work. We have done demolition work and metal fabrication work before you decided to terminate the job. We provided receipts, invoices, etc, showing you that the money provided to us was used on your project.

There was a delay on the project on your part, as the city stopped the project for testing. You were not happy with our estimated price of the change order, so you decided to find someone ells to do the testing. As time progressed with no work being done, you became upset. Months after work had started you requested a full refund. We informed you that would not be possible, as we had already done work, and in doing so paid people for there time.

Further more, you stated that you have notified your tenants of the work to be performed, and we later found out you did not. You have stated that you have passed all lead and asbestos inspections, which were your responsibility under the contract, and we later found out you did not. That was the very reason the project was stopped.
