The team is perfect and very helpful. We initially wanted the installation of stairlift on a particular date but again requested them if we could get it 4 days earlier. They tried their best and got it installed immediately. That was amazing. The service is also great. The whole team was very kind and cheerful. Thanks to Natalie, she was very keen on getting the stairlift installed on time.

This is an excellent product and a great investment. Its adds a nice aesthetically pleasing look to the home. Its operation is quiet and smooth. More important, it enhances the safety in the home to avoid accidents and falls on the staircase.

The team at Mobility 123 is a very talented and experienced group. Each person that came to install the barrier free shower and bath was very conscientious about the entire project. Everyone working, treated me with respect and patience. My home was treated with care and coverings were placed in all work areas including exits. There are many companies that offer this service however Mobility 123 was definitely a cut above the rest. Don't wait, get on their calendar now!

The Stiltz Duo-Alta has been more than useful in our two-story house with steps that have become challenging. Mobility123 installed the 'lift' efficiently and with professional competence. My wife and I find it easy to recommend both the 'lift' and its installation highly.

While it took some time to get everything moving - it was really worth it! (The greatest delay was getting State and Local approvals.) They listened to what we wanted to accomplish and helped us best fit the lift into our existing facility. The workmen were courteous, knowledgeable and mindful of our building and service times. They took care of all the permits and inspections (which passed with no issues). We've been using the lift for several months without any problems. The people love it! Those who have mobility issues no longer need help to get between floors. And it's so much safer and faster than what we were using before.

Myself (82 hrs old) and my husband (83yrs old) Recently had a mobility 3 tier lift installed at our shore house. It was my son’s suggestion) he is an orthopedic knee surgeon in NY. They were quite knowledgeable, pleasant and offered good suggestions that helped us decide which unit worked best for us (in our case it was the Bruno Elan Stairlift). Installation was scheduled promptly, completed expertly and on time by Keith and the cost seemed quite reasonable.
