We were not happy with [plumber. We were not informed about the placement of batteries when we lose the power. Lack of communication between three parties involved.

I’ll be changing our protocol during light offs to make sure the battery placement is clearly explained. Although the plumber does not work for me, I do suggest him and feel responsible for the problems you had with him. I will be speaking with him and contacting you soon to make sure everything is taken care of and you are 100% satisfied with the job.

My husband and I had looked at several stores and randomly found FireElement's in Saugus. We went in for a quick look and were pleasantly surprised at the selection. We did end up buying a great old-fashioned looking gas heater that we couldn't be more happy with. The staff in the store and the installation crew were great to work with. I have recommended them to some other friends already!

We are vey happy with our experience with FireElement for our gas fireplace insert. Brendan was helpful, accommodating and responsive throughout our transaction. The installation was scheduled quickly and they made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. We love our new gas fireplace and we're glad we went with Brendan at FireElement.

I went to several other gas fireplace showrooms on the north shore and decided on Fire Element. Dealing with Brendan at Fire Element was a great experience. He walked me through the entire process with ease and kept it simple without being pushy. The fireplace install was seamless and on time and myself and my family could not be happier with the results. If you are in the market for a new gas fireplace in the Boston area, look no further than Fire Element. Brendan and his team are the best.
