I would give Timea and Alliance Floor Source a 5 star review for their patience and knowledge and great customer service. It took me quite some time and a lot of samples before I finally chose my floor for the cottage. The whole process was lengthy but she was there to assist in every way. I am very happy with how my Sunroom turned out.

The reason for this review is their customer service and how they deal with issues. In my case, during delivery to the construction site, the delivery truck ran over the skid with limestone and had it broken. Business refused to pay for the damage, shifting responsibility to me and saying it’s my fault that everything wasn’t completely prepared for the delivery, but eventually they admitted it was a driver mistake. I had to file a formal complaint, and its been opened for a few months already, but business just ignoring my requests to pay for the damage.

Quality and selection of hardwood flooring is very good, but that demolition crew...god, they were terrible. They caused unnecessary damage (which the owner never addressed or knock off a bit from our invoice despite our complaints). This crew was also a pain with security and us because they started and finished late every day. Levelling was not done very well, some uneven areas resulted. The flooring installation crew was efficient and did a fine job. The owner is my primary disappointment - he did not come to visit us once to see our concerns on any day, nor did he exercise good business judgment/practices under what were difficult circumstances at times. We were left with an overall unfavourable impression of the company, and can not recommend them in the end.

We are thrilled with the final results! Lehel and Mike provided us with outstanding customer service from our first visit to the showroom to the completion of our project. The installers did a great job and we really appreciated Lehel's ongoing supervision. You won't be disappointed!

Alliance Floor Source has always provided me with the most professional and courteous service along with a great selection of flooring for all of my projects. Lehel, Timea and Mike are always helpful in discussing options and pricing not only for small residential renovations, but also for large development projects as well. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for my flooring needs.
