Kitchen floor was horrible! It was put down on top of old flooring and didn’t even meet up to existing wood flooring. You could see a stripe of old flooring between the two. The trim was pieced together and there were spots without any trim.

Poor communication. Had to text several times before answered. Crew arrived late every time. The finishing detail was horrible on baseboards, thresholds, etc. They left a mess everywhere and didn't even attempt to clean after themselves.
