Buff and Coat

I collected many bids to get my hardwood floors refinished, and restained. Two companies didn't even come to the house, just provided a quote on the phone. Ray from Buff and Coat came and looked over the floors very closely, also talking about how we should care for them. It was very apparent that he knew his floors! He was able to complete our job in the timeframe we needed. The workers were incredibly neat, efficient and did a beautiful job. They had to move our toilet to refinish underneath, and when they placed it back, it wasn't sealing properly. Ray hired a plumber, who came the same day, to fix the toilet. There was no charge to us for the plumber. Buff and Coat did a fabulous job, has incredible customer service, and were very pleasant to work with.
