I would and will highly recommend Gene and Concept Materials to friends and family. =) We called Concept Material and asked them to work with us on a very tight time table. Gene showed up and was the only flooring contractor that brought us some actual samples. Right away, he was very transparent as he prepared his quote and educated my wife and I on the process. He provided us a very competitive price, and, more importantly, made arrangements with his crew in order to install our floor within this very narrow window of time we had. Moreover, his crew of guys were very kind, soft-spoken people.

I had a pleasure working with Gene on numerous occasions. He helped me personally twice and many of my friends. Not only Gene guarantees his work, the entire process done in a timely manner and his team is extremely accurate, reliable and committed. Gene rates are not the lowest but he is aflooring guy you can rely upon.

We talked, I explained what I wanted to be done and he gave me a detailed quote on the entire project, so I knew right from the start how much the project would run me. After we agreed on the terms, he bought and delivered all the necessary parts and after a few days, his crew installed it. The crew was polite, friendly, very clean and did a great job. I hired Concept Materials to install bamboo floors in my 2-bedroom condo. They did an amazing job. I'm normally very picky and can easily find some issues with the work done by contractors. However, not only I was incredibly impressed with Concept Materials' installation work, I was as equally impressed by their professionalism, the care they took to move my furniture, and their attentiveness to my timid dog. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I hired Concept Materials to install the laminate flooring throughout my house. The previous owner had installed tile all over the house (excluding bedrooms of course). I heard good things about Concept Materials through the word of mouth but I really feared the demolition of all that tile. The guys arrived on-time, removed all tile (probably weighed a ton) and cleaned everything up as if nothing happened. Gene advised on and had his team resolve few uncovered issues after the demolition. The entire project took only a few days and the team left my house in pristine shape with a beautiful new flooring installed. Highly recommend!

We've hired Concept Materials to do our hardwood floors back in 2012. We just bought our first house and the floors were a mess to say the least. My wife was also pregnant at the time which required a quicker turnaround time. Gene and his team were very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. They were able to finish ahead of schedule and we were extremely happy with the quality. About 8 month ago we hired Concept Materials again to install laminate floors at our 2nd property.
