Don did a great job helping my wife and I find a tile we liked for our basement floor. He was very professional and gave us different price options based on different tiles. Working with Don Marcotte Flooring was a very positive experience. Most importantly, our new kitchen floor came out GREAT. To begin with, Jerri was fabulous to work with. She came to our house multiple times to examine the project, make recommendations, and speak with other contractors to make certain everything would blend together seamlessly. She kept us informed about when the tiles would arrive and when Don would be able to begin the work. The existing floor was a challenge to remove but they handled it smoothly and efficiently. The new floor required multiple curved cuts to fit a round stairway and the end result is terrific. They were always pleasant to work with, never made us feel that our frequent requests and questions were a problem, and kept us informed about the scope of the work. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Don and his installer transformed our main living area when installing beautiful hardwood floors. He helped us with options related to the supply chain issues. We had angles and he suggested the best way to address this. He gave us a start and end date and stuck to this. His installer informed us when he would be arriving and called with any changes. Don came out the first day an kept in touch throughout the project. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a home project. I plan to work with him again in the future

Professionalism, character, integrity and quality workmanship, Don Marcotte Flooring has it all. A never ending bathroom remodel which spanned four months, Don was able to tile and get flooring done in five days and it looks awesome! I was very thankful to have found Marcotte Flooring. I can not say enough to tell you the value of Don's promptness, his experience and his willingness to accommodate to the best of his ability. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I a great experience with Don Marcotte Flooring. Don was easy to work with and very professional. I received a quote quickly and was able to get on the schedule for flooring installation shortly thereafter. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Stuart installed my wood floor. He was courteous, efficient, and the floor looks absolutely beautiful. I was really pleased with the whole experience!

Don and his team are awesome! Don was able to give me a quote with some details and pictures via text, then he stopped by the same day and measured to triple check my measuring (good thing)! He provided a clear breakdown of charges, and send me the quote/invoice via email. We happened to get lucky with floor materials and an opening in his schedule. In less than a week we had a quote and job completed. If you have to wait for Don's team, it's worth the wait. Extremely professional and an excellent job on the tile removal and hardwood installation to the existing hardwood floor. Great job Don Marcotte!! Highly recommend.

Had a positive experience with Don for purchase of carpet and vinyl. He is very knowledgeable about products and helpful but not pushy. Great experience with Don during my indecision about selection and also have to say the installers he provided were awesome. He will be my first choice for any future flooring projects I do.

Don Marcotte was excellent to work with! I had 5-6 different contractors come look at an issue with our master shower, and Don was the one I felt most comfortable with as he seemed knowledgeable, professional, and responsible. When we finally did the work, he and Cameron were responsive, easy to communicate with, good about sending me updates, friendly, respectful and delivered quality work as promised. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others!

Don was great to work with. Very responsive to our needs and helped to find what we needed for a large room that we built in our attic. The installer was fantastic to deal with and did an outstanding on our carpet installation. Very pleased with the end result.

I’m a few years late getting this review in for Don Marcotte and his flooring team. I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and it was time to make sure l had a person to do my tile backsplash. Not a huge job but a very important one to make sure my kitchen came together nicely I chose a creamy off white, glossy, beveled sub tile to match some earthy tone granite counters that were already installed. Don installed the backsplash perfectly in a stacked European style for a more modern look. I LOVE how it came out and how everyone worked together and it was done in no time at all. I had no issues and look forward to hiring them again . Very efficient and friendly...

I highly recommend Don for any of your flooring needs. He is extremely knowledgeable of his products which makes the process from beginning to end very easy. He always keeps you informed and responds to your calls quickly. Mark and Stuart are professional and very talented in their craft. Their work is impeccable!
