We had a very mixed, mostly poor, experience Floored at Home. We would not recommend this company, especially if you have anything other than a very simple, straightforward project. Other than Tom, who came out for the quote, and the installation crew (on time and cleaned up after themselves), the management, professionalism and communication from this company was extremely disappointing. 10 months after the installation, the floor separated in the same place as previous (the entire reason they had to pull up the flooring “correct the issue” and reinstall). Our project manager and co owner, Paul, was horrible. Too much to type regarding him and our issues. He never returned calls, texts or emails regarding this or other issues. We had a little back and forth initially from Josh, the owner, but then radio silence. No one has come back to our home to see the issue and no talks of fixing it have taken place.

We had a very large job that that took an old damaged floor and all of our railings that were done in an old brown finish and they did it in a light gray and it came out spectacular. I do contracting and chose to hire them. I was very impressed with the quality of their work the details they paid attention to and the final product was spectacular. You could not go wrong using this professional company, and I am not being paid to say this. I’m a Google reviewer and honesty is the best policy. Steve R Park Ridge NJ

The floors are beautiful. It was a pleasure to work with Paul and his crew. When contacted, Paul was responsive and was in constant touch with his crew.

We couldn't be happier with our new hardwood floors. They look absolutely beautiful. Paul showed us various options and we got exactly what we wanted. The entire process from beginning to end went very well. Paul and his installers were very professional and really did an excellent job. The job was completed quickly and of the highest quality. We would recommend them to everyone and plan on using them again in the future.
