Flooring Solutions

I first went to Flooring Solutions in 2008 upon a recommendation from a friend. I fell in love with an area rug on that first trip and was impressed with their flooring selections. Thus began a multi-year process of updating our house. I initially got the area rug I loved along with new flooring for the living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Then the basement bathroom was updated with vinyl laminate chosen with Stephanie's guidance to match a shower curtain I had selected. Afterwards, two upstairs bedrooms received wood laminate. Finally this year (2015), we were able to update the master bedroom. All of these choices were made with Stephanie's professional guidance and Todd's expert measuring. Todd even designed a "reverse L carpet runner" for my husband's side of the bed and to the hallway. (The husband was very happy he didn't have to put his feet on a cold floor!) My primary reason for continuing to go back to Flooring Solutions was their customer service. The entire staff in Norfolk and the installers who were in our home are professional, courteous and pleasant. All involved focus on providing customer satisfaction. In addition, Todd and Stephanie stand behind their products and work with you and manufacturing representatives if a problem should occur. No project of mine was ever too small or too big for them. They worked within our budget to ensure the best products and "look" for house. And finally, the work was always done when it was supposed to be. I can not thank them enough for all their help in updating our house.

When remodeling two bathrooms including the master bathroom and our kitchen, we received consultation and exceptional customer service from Todd and Stephanie Pospisil, the owners of Flooring Solutions. This being our first major renovation, we relied heavily on their knowledge and guidance every step of the way. While some may have an eye for design, many of us don't. Todd and Stephanie helped us select floor tile, shower tile and backsplash for the kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the results! We get numerous compliments on how our bathrooms look like those found in upscale hotels!
