If anyone wants an honest referral for flooring,I can tell you of the best experience of my lifetime.I have owned eight homes and have done numerous flooring updates.This time I decided to buy a home to renovate,and new flooring was a must!!!I just moved to Florida,and didn’t have a “wow” experience with the past two places ,so I just picked at random ,Floors Direct,because I passed it on the road.From the moment I entered the store ,my experience with Joan was delightful.She was helpful,not pushy,and really cared that I would be happy.She was very knowledgeable about flooring,prices,timing,and style.I picked out my choices,and three weeks later I was walking on the most beautiful floors!!!It doesn’t stop here.......I have to say that the family that actually installed the floors,and carpeting were from heaven,,,,!I had two layers of kitchen flooring,tile over tile that was taken out,and the most uneven slab that was three inches off,and had to be grinded down.The Landrum and sons were the most wonderful,phenomenal family you could ever want to meet.They worked their butts off each day in order to make everything perfect for me.This was no easy task,but they worked til they reached perfection.Every piece of flooring was carefully hand picked,so the pattern was perfectly imperfect.The results were a true WOW factor.I haven’t officially moved into my home yet,as I want to finish the dirty work,first.I can’t wait until I can show people how happy and beautiful a home can look with the right floors.Floors direct were on time,no surprises,and a true pleasure from start to finish!!!I am sooooo pleased with my results!!!!B.Runk........Palm Bay ,Fl

I am very pleased with floors direct. Joan was a pleasure to work with and she found the floor I have wanted for years, made by Armstrong. Price fantastic and reasonable. Harold came and evaluated and measured a couple of days after contacting the store. The hard work was done by the installer, Chad, and his assistant Zach. Chad really put in his time, hard work and skills. There is nothing like old world skills and Chad has them. He leveled my sub floor so beautifully. He seamed the floor so creatively. Even did the bathrooms and all that is involved. Works cleanly and respectful of property. He put trim around as well. I cannot say enough nice things about Chad. Thank you. Every day I look at my beautiful new floor and love it. Thank you everyone.

Floors Direct did a wonderful job putting down my carpeting throughout my villa and laminated wood floor in my Florida room. The two workers were very thorough laying them down. Not to mention the wondergul guy who took measurements beforehand. I am very pleased with their service from the Tamarac store. They were also the lowest price around.

Go ahead and get bids from everyone, even the low cost providers, you won't find a lower price. Turns out, Floors Direct is the wholesaler for the product. When I called them last after getting 4 bids, they knew who I was because all the other companies had called them with my material requirements. I was ordering a very unique floor, so the order stood out. I ended up saving about $1,500 on a $10K job; plus they included a higher grade baseboard when the other companies just wanted to leave my old baseboard and put in 1/4 round. The installation took 2 days for a fully furnished 1,500 sf condo which involved elevators. Crew was very professional and courteous. Had one minor squeaking issue a few days after installation and the owner of the company handled himself! Floors Direct is serious about providing low cost high quality products with top notch installation.

Good value, readily available product. Had my office redone in laminate flooring and baseboards They moved all the furniture, installed the floor in a few hours and replaced furniture. Looks great, professionally done. I will be doing business with them again to do back bedroom and living room.
