Hiring Floors Direct was the absolute best decision I have ever made. Exceptional team of people! Every single person I interacted with during the project was experienced and professional. John, Alex and Steven were respectful of my home during carpet removal and floor installation. They kept the working area isolated and clean to minimize inevitable havoc that home repairs wreak on family's day to day existence. I am very pleased with the quality of the final product. Peter's communication style is excellent. He was transparent and consistent throughout the entire process: materials selection, price negotiation, scheduling, etc. It's too bad I have ran out of floors, otherwise, I would have hired them again. :)

After interviewing several flooring companies we selected Pete and Floors Direct to do the flooring work in our home. They were a courteous, honest, punctual and highly skilled group of professionals. They sanded and refinished our tired downstairs hardwoods and removed the dated wall to wall carpet and installed beautiful hardwoods throughout the second floor. We are very pleased with how our floors look and appreciated working with Pete and Floors Direct. I highly recommend them.

Pete is super efficient. Came on time with samples, took measurements and gave quote. We then set a date and Steve and John were on time with the install. Did a fabulous job and left my house clean. I love the flooring. Highly recommend
