Jay was great. He was very communicative from day 1. He did a great job of following up before, during and after the job was complete. His team got the job done in a very timely fashion. Floors came out excellent. We are very pleased with his work. I highly recommend him.

Jay and his team are great! I had ~750sqf of hardwood flooring refinished in my house and it came out beautiful! Jay is very responsive and provides plenty of information for you to make an informed decision about the job you want to get done. No persuasion or upselling which was much appreciated. His pricing was very reasonable and he even provided an itemized quote of the job. I highly recommend Qualite Flooring Services!

Jay and his team did an exceptional job with what we asked; we needed our hardwood floors refinished as well as we needed LVP installed. Jay walked me through the thought process of what he thought was best for both hardwood finish and LVP. Similarly, suggested a stain color that basically was exactly what we were looking for, although we didn't know the name. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, easy communication, very fair price, insanely high quality and attention to detail for both hardwood refinishing and LVP installation. Easy recommend from me!
