*Authorized Dealer of Shaw Floors* Ramon Gonzalez; founder of RCA Flooring Inc. began installing floors mid-1970’s. 10 years into his trade, Ramon decided to begin a small business; coming from a humble upbringing, he decided to start his business from home and quickly built his list of customers. Fast forward 20 years later, RCA Flooring Supplies is founded when Ramon decided that it was time to expand his business and open a store. When coming up with the name, Ramon quickly thought of using the initials of his 3 sons: Ramon, Carlos and Adrian. Ramon’s goal was and continues to be to offer his customers a place to shop for their floors, offer materials and supplies for other installers as well, making it a one stop shop. RCA Flooring Inc. presently has 10 employees of whom are mostly family. OUR MISSION Our priority is to have a completely satisfied customer who leaves our store well taken care of, who will not only return but will also recommend us to family and friends and will be 100% satisfied with the service, products and finished project. Being family owned, we have the advantage of offering service on a more personal level. We know all of our customers by name! We have the pleasure of having served some customers for over 25 years.
