Absolutely horrible company. Do not purchase floors from them. My flooring was originally installed incorrectly, with transition strips that my kid was stubbing his toe on they were so steep. All documented with pictures. The ladies in the office(Melissa, Susan, and Katie) were not very helpful and had no urgency. The installers have shown up late every time, and were not prepared since they came with no materials. This has taken up WAY too much of MY time to get this resolved. Once they got their money, I was nothing to them. I should have known better than to not go with a local company. 3 months and 2 installers......still waiting for my floor install to be up to the quality it should have been in the first place. For info $6200 for ~500 sq ft

Had our dining room carpet pulled, only had the carpet in for 8 years and the soil and animal stains invisible to us were clearly visible when removed could be seen on the underside. So happy we went with Refloor, they had the exact color we looking for and the communication from start to finish was spot on. Communication is key along with Pro service with any company. Refloor nailed it! Our room looks gorgeous. Installation team was courteous and efficient. Very knowledgeable and floor pattern was laid out perfect. We were given extra planks to place in storage for the unlikely need of warranty repair.

This turned out to be a GREAT experience. We had a little mis-step in the beginning, but Craig made it right and everything worked out. Craig was very professional and straight forward, which we greatly appreciated. Nick did our install and was fantastic. There was never anything for us to clean up. With all of our angles and door issues he was great at finding the quick solutions. Our floors look wonderful!!!!!
