Did a great job on our old pine floors! I would recommend this company to restore your floors. The floors look wonderful. The only misunderstanding we had was that the first estimate didn't include the stain and hard finish. That was worked out and we are very happy. He did a repair where there was some water damage, great job on that too.

Simplified Flooring, LLC is my go to company for hardwood flooring. Pictures shown are for my most recent project. We installed bamboo floors and matching steps on interior staircase in mid-century modern remodel located in Savannah, GA. As you can see they came out beautifully. Simplified flooring also refinished the original yellow pine floors on a 1910 Victorian we remodeled in downtown Savannah. I can't say enough about them. Quality work and great communication.
