The Floor Source

This review is long overdue. Floor Source is not only the most professionally and artistically complete floor company, but the most ethical floor company in our area, (maybe even the whole world!) Before I even heard of Floor Source, all appliances, furniture, heat stoves, and even toilets had been removed from my 110 year old cottage per contract with a unethical national floor contractor. Everything had been removed in order to prepare for a new floor by Empire. On the day of installation they called and said they didn't have the materials. I was homeless. Enter Mike Green, hero of my life. He immediately grasped the disastrous situation--a crippled old lady with a house she couldn't live in. Mike put together a plan to help me get back in my house by proposing Floor Source do the kitchen and bathroom first, then work the rest of the house as their schedule would allow. Such compassion to fit my job in their busy schedule. Mike jumped on it and managed to get all, not just a part, of the materials in for the job in record time. Enter Todd, the vinyl master of the universe. Although he was a week away from leaving on vacation, Todd pulled the rabbit out of the veritable hat and finished not only my kitchen and bathroom, but my whole house before he sailed off to the beach! His work was spectacular; every joint perfect, no sign of rushing the job, no shortcuts or problems. A true artist with the material. I had my bathroom completed in August of 2016. I waited to make this review after I had used the bathroom to tell you how beautiful is was when they installed the tiles in the shower, around the tub, and the floor and how beautiful it is today. It still looks brand new and maintaining it has been a breeze. They gave may exactly what I ask for and more. It is holding up beautifully with no problems or leaks or lifting. It cleans easily and is just stunning to look at. I can not be more satisfied. I highly recommend using The Floor Source.

Floor Source provided all of the flooring for my entire custom built home. In addition to being high quality flooring in my home, they are reasonably priced. Several months after the completion of my home, I decided to add saddles. The Floor Source sent a highly qualified professionals within a week to completed the job. The Floor Source is the only place that anyone that wants "no hassles" should go. They have a great selection, great prices and there is no one more knowledgeable than Jordan, who can advise homeowners competently as he has a knack for great suggestions and an eye for top notch applications. I highly recommend The Floor Source and I have been through the mill with other stores, suppliers and those big box locations, but only the Floor Source has that "personal" treatment where you feel like family the second you walk in the door.

I was thrilled with the service I received at The Floor Source. The helped me through every step of my home renovation floor project. I was able to ask questions to a knowledgeable staff. I explained my budget and they found the best options while working within the budget. They never tried to sell me more or show me things well out of my price range. Installers were very well mannered and friendly. I will always use them for my flooring needs.
