I contacted several contractors in regards to remodeling my master bathroom. After receiving several estimates, I chose 1Renovations. I will say they were not the lowest bidder, but I like how Rene the Project Manager was able to provide different ideas on what could be done with the space. In addition, he seemed to really know what he was talking about. I am glad I chose them, because they were able to complete the job in the 3 week timeframe as promised and within my budget. My house was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey and was in need of a complete remodel. I was very skeptical about finding the right contractor, as I had heard lots of stories about general contractors taking peoples money and not coming back to do the work. I was referred to 1Renovations by a friend that had used them to complete a kitchen remodel about 1 year ago. I am happy that I called. After speaking with Rene at 1Renovations, he came out to look at the work required, was able to provide an estimate and get his team started within 1 week. I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the process was from start to finish and the quality of the work performed. They did a great job at installing new floors, fixing and painting the walls, installing new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. I would highly recommend hiring!
