They provide everything you’ll need to build your dream home from A to Z. Starting with our in-house architect, designer and engineer. We’ll take the blue prints and get them approved by the city pulling permits so you don’t have to deal with those headaches. Our designers will be help you put the finishing touches choosing paint, cabinets, countertops and flooring options. At 1st Choice Builders, each one of our projects has a project manager.
