Ed and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our main electrical panel, and jumping through all of the city/utility hoops to get it done. The stucco and paint work around the panel is top notch; you couldn't tell that work was done there unless you were told about it. Shout-out to Mike the electrician, who has probably forgotten more about electrical work than most people have learned. Would absolutely hire again for more projects, and plan to when they have time.

I cannot say enough good things about 4 Real Construction. It's rare to find remodeling professionals who are reliable, reasonable, and outright great people! Ed and his team started exactly on the day and time they promised. They had given us an estimate of 3-4 weeks to complete our kitchen remodel and they came in on time and budget. They even found a leak in my ceiling that was not part of the work and helped to patch it up, saving me potentially a lot of money later on down the road. The team cleaned up every day before they left and kept the dust contained the best they could. Dave, even let me borrow a microwave and left my fridge running so that we could minimize eating out a bit :) We absolutely love our new kitchen! I'm so impressed with 4 Real Construction's work, craftsmanship, and professionalism. I'd highly recommend them for any remodel. The "team" are really personable and care about your experience with them and your overall satisfaction with the completion of your project. We live in an area when some Contractors throw out high bids and take whatever comes in, not the case with 4 Real Construction. 4RC worked from an initial estimate with us making a few changes along the way and the accommodated us on every step. Ed was recommended by our Realtor - we're not from the area, and were remodeling our parents' home for resale. It was a long haul for Ed, from Hayward to Walnut Creek, but he never complained.
