AAA Custom Pools

We asked them to repair our pool heater. They charged us $150.00 up front, came out to the house and found out it was an electric pool heater, told us they do not work on electric pool heaters, but kept the $150.00. They should have asked me when I called if it was electric or gas. We could have avoided this all together. When I called them to say that I thought they should reimburse me the $150.00, I was met with much contentious verbiage. They have terrible management there. I know this is only $150.00, but now days every little bit counts. And I feel like I was ripped off. I would never use a company like this for anything in the future. And I will be telling all of Abacoa and my specific neighborhood about them.

What started out as a simple pool surface re-finish job, turned into a full-blown backyard renovation. Jeremy and his team couldn't have been better to deal with. They walked us through the entire project, step by step, to help us make the best material selections and they completed the work in a professional and timely manner. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL! So happy we chose AAA Custom Pools for this project! I strongly recommend using them. You won't regret it!

Our pool needed to be resurfaced it had 2 rust spots. AAA custom pools was the only company that guaranteed it wouldn’t come back and if it did they would fix it. They did an excellent job and were very professional.

A+++ Rating AAA Custom Pools has been servicing my pool for the past year. You would think that pool maintenance and repair is a straightforward affair -- but it's not. AAA Custom Pools has repeatedly exceeded our expectations with excellent service, clear communications and very fair pricing. For example, we recently had a 'mystery' leak that required extensive testing and repairs. Our pool repair tech, Jeremy, was absolutely incredible. He never gave up, and he visited the site no less that 10 times to meticulously test and repair various issues. During this time, he kept in close contact with us with excellent communication -- so that we fully understood the process and progression. And all of his great work was performed at a flat rate, so we knew what our cost was going to be -- and there was no chance for 'sticker shock'. I cannot speak highly enough about Jeremy, as well as Scott, Seth (also absolutely wonderful pool maintendance), Dwight and Tommy. Great people, great company, and I unreservedly recommend them.

The quality of our recent pool remodel we did with AAA Custom Pools was outstanding. The job was completed quickly, professionally and customer service was excellent. I have completed about two dozen jobs with Scott and his family and they have hit it out of the park every time! When my customer chooses them I know for certain that I will have a 100% satisfied customer and there will not be any surprises. His quality is top notch and his designs are award winning-including best in show for the state of Florida with one of my houses but he can be competitive with price when it's needed too. They were punctual, built a great quality product, and helped guide and answer all my questions during the process. As a Real Estate Developer myself, I deal with many contractors both large and small, and I am very particular when it comes to referring or recommending a contractor. AAA Custom Pools is both a professionally operated business and I honestly would highly recommend them. Final word. Their Staff was equally helpful, pleasing, and very reliable. If you want a truly pleasurable pool experience do not hesitate to utilize their services. Again they have my stamp of approval. Incidentally, its no wonder why Toll Development Company, the number 1 Builder of Homes in America uses them as well. Great job and well done.

I contacted AAA to get a price to renovate my pool and spa. All I can say is WOW!! This company is super organized,and efficient. There were no lag times in between the different processes. They were approximately 30% less expensive than other prices I had. They did not try and up-sell me things that others said I needed. They told me it would take less than 2 weeks and it did. Since I was working daily, either Scott or Jeremy phoned me every day to bring me up to speed. Thank you AAA!! Best decision I have made in a long time. Do not hesitate to use them.

AAA Custom Pools built our custom pool in our development in Jupiter, FL. They were very accommodating during the build process and we always felt fully comfortable with the process although we were not physically in state when the job was in production. The best part is that we LOVE our pool and the quality/construction and integrity is outstanding. We also rely on then for our service, again we are not in state. That is where we feel very fortunate to have Jeremy overseeing our service needs. He is always responsive, available and reliable. AAA Custom Pools designed and installed a new spa and pool for us. They considered our needs and presented us with options before completing the design that met our every need. They first had to remove our existing pool which was a difficult project...but completed on time and in a professional way..the new pool and spa was then installed using quality workmen and stayed within our budget .. the finished project took a little longer than planned but the wait was well worth it......
