Aaron Villegas Construction

I met Aaron as a subcontractor on a home addition. While he was not technically the project manager, that is the role he filled. This addition was scheduled to take 6 months, and ended up taking three and a half years. Communication was poor (he misled me about timing and details), execution was poor, and after two years, and presumed completion there were still major items that had not yet been completed. Prior to realizing how unreliable Aaron was, I had asked him to follow up the construction project with some landscaping. This was a complete disaster - he said he could take care of permits and other requirements, proceeded to remove my driveway, and then did not return my calls or texts for weeks and months at a time. I later found out he had completely lied to me about permitting work. Unfortunately, you cannot trust Aaron's work or workmanship.

Shoddy workmanship, multiple failed inspections, did not follow the plans, abandoned job halfway through. Terrible communication! Would not recommend to anyone.
