I hired Yasir and his company around May 2022 for a renovation expected to take approximately 6 months. Instead, it took almost 2 years By September 2022, I was already dealing with slow progress and workers not showing up\. By November, I documented almost a month with no work being done\. These delays and permit/inspection issues continued throughout 2023, and the project was still unfinished in February 2024. After completion, I had to replace flooring, reseal windows, make plumbing repairs, and address AC/HVAC issues. The mini-splits also required correction because the first-floor unit was connected to the second-floor electric meter and vice versa I also received a Notice of Violation and fine from the City of Yonkers regarding the required permit for sidewalk work performed during the project I have text messages and documentation supporting my experience from 2022 through 2024Base on the nearly two year timeline and the repairs and corrections afterward, I would not use Yasir or this company again

I had an appointment with them to check my bathroom faucet. They came on time and were supposed to submit a claime to CHW well let’s just say it still not done and the claim started since the 17th of May today is the 26th of May. My claim had to be reassigned due to their horrible customer service smh. CHW had been contacting them and they are not responding.

Abdul & Son’s completed a renovation project for us in May of 2024 (construction of 1 closet and 3 over head recessed storage cabinet). We are extremely happy with the results! Yasir and Iliyan are professional and courteous. They gave us an estimated time for completion, finished the work on time and performed the work exactly as we requested. They were very careful in the process, covering the floors and appliances nearby, and properly cleaning after they were done. In regards to price, we contacted multiple vendors to perform this work but the quote from Abdul and Sons stood out as it was fair, competitive, and thorough. We would definitely recommend them and we look forward to working with them on our next home project!
