ABW Construction did a great job renovating our kitchen, dining room, and living space! Andrew and his team were very professional. Andrew is very thorough and makes sure everything is done correctly. This is the second project they have done on our home ( they updated our front porch in 2021 ) and did a wonderful job there as well! We will definitely be using ABW for any future projects!

Andrew and his team did a fabulous job of remodeling an early 1980's condo kitchen into an inviting, spacious - feeling (even in a small condo!) open space. He gave me a possible date for the work 6 months ahead and that was exactly when the work began. He said it would take about 2 weeks....again an accurate estimate. A list of suppliers was provided for counter tops, sinks and faucets, lighting and cabinet hardware. These were all exceptionally helpful and easy to work with because of Andrew's excellent reputation with them. Andrew communicated regularly on the progress of the work. Andrew and his team made what could have been a nightmare into a fun experience. His cost estimate was also accurate and communicated several times during the project, as higher or lower priced items were chosen. I truly recommend highly ABW Construction.

Andrew Woodford, from ABW remodeled our primary bath, based on ideas we gathered from Pinterest. We discussed our plans with Andrew prior to construction. He was able to suggest some changes that we hadn’t considered. During the construction process Andrew was very communicative regarding the process and explained some unanticipated additional costs that arose. The construction team was very organized. They cleaned up daily and were professional in their comings and goings. We got just what we were looking for, and more. The final costs were as expected, and the project was completed on time. Thanks to Andrew and his team for creating a great oasis for us.

Andrew is very professional and made sure I was informed of any delays in the work or in product delivery. I could count on Andrew to show up when he said he would. If I had any concerns, he was able to address them in a timely manner. I have used Andrew on 3 projects in the last 2 years and have been very pleased with all projects. ABW is a very trustworthy contractor that is well knowledgable in every aspect of remodeling and repair. The team is on time, courtesy, professional, and respectful.

We hired ABW Construction to correct another contractor's construction defects (Sept. - Dec. 2019). The defects were significant and included major structural damage such as an improperly supported/sinking wall, girders that were shifting beneath a finished floor (improper fastening), an improperly constructed/sealed exterior wall that was leaking water/moisture, and other various building components that had failed inspection. It was difficult to find a contractor willing to step into these defects or to take on the various challenges involved in our repairs. We were overwhelmed (emotionally and financially), but Andrew (owner) was very patient and understanding. He gave us confidence to move forward and walked alongside us until everything was completed. He was very responsive to our communications and always showed up as scheduled. Since our damages involved an insurance and bond claim against the previous contractor, we needed detailed documentation with photos. This was time consuming, but Andrew provided all that we needed (plus a report from a structural engineer). Though we prevailed in our action against the other contractor, we regret that we didn't find ABW Construction sooner. If you want construction done right the first time, we highly recommend ABW Construction. Thank you ABW.

Andrew and his crew did an amazing job on our front porches. We were in a bit of a pickle because my son thought he could do the job, we had ordered all the materials and he had already torn the porches apart. When we realized the posts had to also be replaced, it was beyond his level of expertise. I called ABW construction based on a neighbors recommendation. This company did an amazing job in a timely manner. I have recommended them to several people. Very professional and very neat. They cleaned up beautifully at the end of the job.

Andrew and his team did an excellent job transforming an outdoor kitchen into a beautiful studio apartment. The project involved foundation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC crafts and all were done very well, on time and on budget. We highly recommend Andrew and his team for any work you may need done.
